:: Pricing and Availability
THINGS THAT GLOW PRINTS TICKETS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, WE ACCEPT CASH, DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS FOR TICKETS.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON TICKET PURCHASES.

Things That Glow is a ticket agent for TIXMART/GROOVETICKETS which provides ticketing service for promoters and venues, which means Things That Glow does not set the ticket price. Things That Glow does not control the inventory or availability of tickets to any given event.

:: Service Charges
Tickets purchased at Things That Glow are subject to a per ticket, non-refundable service charge.

:: Canceled Events
Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, Things That Glow does not issue refunds for canceled events, additionally the per ticket service charge is not refundable. If an event is canceled, please contact the promoter for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations.

:: Refunds and Exchanges
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES.

Things That Glow is not responsible for any refunds in the event of any cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of such event. However, refund policies of venues and event sponsors in such circumstances vary. Please contact the appropriate venue or event sponsor to verify its refund policy, if any. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions or deadlines. In no event shall any refund exceed the face value of the ticket. Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed.

Things That Glow shall not be responsible for or have any liability for any injuries or damages caused by errors, inaccuracies, omissions or any other failure with respect to the products and services described herein, from whatever cause. Each event venue may have specific requirements for admission to the event and/or premises, including, but not limited to, minimum age requirements and dress codes. By purchasing a ticket, each ticket purchaser agrees to comply with any and all requirements set forth by the event venue. The ticket purchaser further agrees to hold Things That Glow harmless from any damages caused by a denial of entry for failure to comply with the event venue’s entry requirements.

GrooveTicekts Terms of Purchase Groovetickets is a service that provides you with tickets to events. We do not operate these events and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur at an event. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a binding contract between yourself and Groovetickets. All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Groovetickets control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies. Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change. Ticket holder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by Groovetickets and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests. Customer Inquiries: All customer service is handled by our online message system. Please contact customer service by clicking the "Customer Service" link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Service. All inquiries related to attended events must be made within five days following the event. Will Call: Tickets must be picked up at the venue unless otherwise noted. Tickets left at will call will not be refunded. Will call start and end times are subject to change and are not grounds for a refund. You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket, a valid state issued picture ID, and your "e-ticket" receipt. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the aforementioned items in your possession at the time and place of pickup, you will not receive a refund for this purchase. If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket; service, shipping, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the event is postponed, you must contact Groovetickets within five days following the originally scheduled date via inquiry using our online message system in order to request a refund for the face value of the ticket(s); failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. If the service fee is not listed, it may be embedded into the price of the ticket. To inquire about the amount of an embedded service fee, please contact customer service by clicking the "Customer Service" link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Service. Shipping: The shipping fee is nonrefundable. Tickets cannot be shipped to PO Box Addresses. Delivery requires a signature. Allow up to 5 business days for delivery. Continental U.S. residents only. Tickets will be delivered to the billing address of the credit card. If you enter an undeliverable address you will not receive a refund. If the event is canceled you will receive a refund. If the event is postponed, you must submit an e-mail inquiry within five days of the originally scheduled event and mail the hard tickets back to Groovetickets. The tickets must be received five days before the newly scheduled event in order to receive a refund; failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Groovetickets is not affiliated with the events or event sponsors and Groovetickets will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors. By purchasing the tickets through Groovetickets, you hereby release and forever discharge Groovetickets, and its officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the events. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Groovetickets of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
