Starting immediately you may be offered a new GrooveTickets Card instead of a traditional paper Ticket

*This new card offers better security you can always verify you have a real ticket to verify purchases enter your card # at http://fla.vor.us/card

*Several events can be loaded on a single card instead of carrying around several tickets to many events. The same card can be re-used and reloaded over and over

*Service fees are lower on some events
(service fees are no longer a flat fee of $3-$5 but a percentage and start at $2.26)


*We will ask for your Name and mail address so you can have a receipt of your purchase

*If you change you mind about an event Full Refunds can now be offered up to 24 hours after ticket purchase
